Administrative Assistant

(Sault Ste. Marie Office)

Seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Soo team. Must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and be a highly resourceful team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering office telephone
  • Strong Computer Knowledge
  • Creating and Maintaining office files
  • Data Entry
  • Creating spreadsheets and tracking of initiatives
  • Customer Service as it relates to clients, and customers
  • Handling customer and vendor calls
  • Preparing correspondence including letters, and mailings
  • Filing and copying
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
  • Other variety of clerical and administrative functions
  • General Support for the Office


  • Experience in clerical or administrative support positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to navigate computer software programs & internet with ease
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented personality; professional
  • A friendly personality with a desire to help our internal and external clients
  • Able to communicate clearly, appropriately, and concisely in verbal and written formats

Knowledge of Title Insurance, Mortgage Lending, or the Home Closing process is preferred.
